Kolkata — Train Journey

  • Board your train from Howrah (HWH) / Kolkata (KOAA) to Jammu / Amritsar as per your train schedule.

Jammu — Srinagar

  • Arrive at Jammu Tawi Railway Station and begin the scenic drive to Srinagar.
  • Hotel check-in and lunch.
  • Spend the evening exploring iconic Dal Lake, followed by snacks and dinner.

DAY 04

Gulmarg Excursion

  • After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg, the “Meadow of Flowers.”
  • Enjoy the famous Gondola (ropeway) ride and horse riding at your own cost.
  • Return to Srinagar in the evening.

DAY 05

Sonamarg Excursion

  • After breakfast, visit scenic Sonamarg, the “Meadow of Gold.”
  • Enjoy views of glaciers and snow-covered mountains.
  • Pony rides and glacier visits are available at your own cost; return to Srinagar.

DAY 06

Srinagar Local Sightseeing

  • After breakfast, visit Hazratbal Shrine, Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden (Mughal Garden) and Shankaracharya Temple.
  • After lunch, enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on Dal Lake.

DAY 07

Srinagar — Pahalgam

  • After breakfast, travel to Pahalgam.
  • Visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari.
  • Enjoy Kashmir’s peaceful beauty before hotel check-in.

DAY 08

Pahalgam — Katra

  • After breakfast, drive to Katra and check in to the hotel.
  • In the evening, collect your Vaishno Devi Yatra Registration Slip and begin the pilgrimage to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan.
Overnight at Katra / during the Yatra.
DAY 09

Katra

  • Return after completing Vaishno Devi Darshan.
  • Spend the rest of the day relaxing.

DAY 10

Katra — Jammu — Train Journey

  • After breakfast or lunch, as per train timing, transfer to Jammu Railway Station.
  • Board your return train to Howrah (HWH) / Kolkata (KOAA).

Important note
  • This is a provisional tour itinerary. The tour programme may be changed, altered or varied due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to passengers’ belongings; it only takes responsibility for carrying the luggage.
Essential materials to carry
  • Original identity card, e.g. Voter ID card, Aadhaar card or driving licence.
  • Essential medicines prescribed by your doctor.
Documentation
  • Carry two copies of a passport-size photograph and photo identity card during the journey.
Terms & conditions
  1. Any cost arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, road blockage, cyclone or political disturbances/strikes is to be borne by the client and paid directly on the spot.
  2. Any complaint should be raised on the spot; otherwise it will not be considered.
  3. Any breakage or demurrage inside the hotel is to be paid by the party.
  4. The company will not be responsible for any accident or incident.
Cancellation policy
  • Less than 60 days: Full refund minus ₹5,000 processing fee.
  • Less than 30 days: 50% cancellation of total package amount.
  • Less than 30 days: No refund; transfer to another person allowed.

The supplied cancellation terms repeat “less than 30 days” for the last two conditions. Please confirm the intended cancellation periods and refund amounts in writing before booking.

Booking & payment policy
  • Advance payment: ₹5,000 per person to confirm booking.
  • 50% payment: 60 days before departure.
  • Full payment: 30 days before departure.

Booking is confirmed only after payment is received. Limited seats available, book early to avoid disappointment!
